I did these 109 self portraits over a period of about 8 months. The musical portrait of me by Scott Wheeler was composed about fifteen years ago. I thought it was appropriate that it accompany the self portraits. Scott's piece is played through twice, from a recording of a performance by pianist Olga Vinokur, at Bargemusic in New York in 2011.
